BE THE BEST YOU


Being the Best you should be important to every woman and its actually quite simple to achieve. EVERY WOMAN IS BEAUTIFUL and we all deserve to be appreciated, loved, respected, cherished and admired every day. When your beauty shines, your confidence grows and shows and you're more likely to be successful and happy.

Beauty = Confidence + Happiness + Success

Below are some very simple tips to be on your best foot forward.

1.   Take a shower!!! It may sound silly but having a nice warm shower can help you feel super again and relax you.
 
2.   Wash your face. Find out your skin type, whether it be oily, normal or dry and use this knowledge to find products that work for your different skin type.Once a week steam your face. This will help a lot. You can also do a face mask and an or exfoliate. It’s nice and wise to follow with moisturizer, even if you have oily skin, as your skin will produce more oil if you don't give it enough moisture.

3.   Remove facial and body hair. His will give you a groomed, well polished look. At least weekly for under arms and once every two weeks for other areas.

4.   Apply makeup. Even a little lip gloss would do the trick and prevent your lips from chapping. But if you wish you may also splash on mascara, blush and powder.


5.   Smell nice. Splash on a nice smelling fragrance. Don’t go around smelling like dirty linen its unattractive, especially on a woman.

6.   Trim your nails. Shape and paint them if you desire, but always keep them trim and uniformed.

7.   Brush your teeth often and keep your breath in check.

8.   Exercise. Every woman wants to be fit and get into that cute little black dress. The amount of exercise you require would depend on a number of features. If you are overweight you may also want consider including a proper diet plan.

9.   Eat healthier. Making healthier choices would not only make your body happy but it would also make you feel a little super and fill you up with loads of energy.

10.                     Make friends. Good company and good friends can also help with your attitude. Try to have positive people around you who would encourage you.

11.                     And if not the most important of them all SMILE. It's very effective and free...
